This game explores PC's agency in a mystery. PCs collaboratively create possible answer together, but only GM knows which possibility is picked.
PC makes a hypothesis. Your dice roll determine how likely it will be the case. GM secretly rolls die to determine reality.

I like it very much!
But I have one Question: "Whenever you take more stress than you can endure, you lower your lowest COP". In the character creation the lowest COP is 0. This means retirement after six stresses, already. Is this correct?

Yes, that is correct. The intention is that the rookie will have to use priase to clear stress or upgrade their lowest COP.
Have you tried this game yet?
Yes, I played it as a gamemaster in September. Three players, oneshot (3 hours), one character has received a promotion.
